Inspiration Map 2012
Just over a year ago I posted an Influence Map as part of a meme started by a DeviantArt user. this year I decided to do something a little different; this is my Inspiration Map!
Over the last year my style has been taking a bit of an exploratory journey… I haven’t really produced much final art, but I’ve been working on process and toying around with new tools & materials. These different avenues of approach have slowly been pushing my style in new directions.
The artists I’ve included in my Inspiration Map are the ones whose styles I see my own work moving towards. I’ve got a lot of influences; far-ranging and as varied as can be… but these ten artists represent something a bit more focused.
